Published
quarterly for members, the Newsletter presents a lively aspect of the Society
providing news of the organisation and its members. Forthcoming events are
listed, as are international genealogical affairs, computer activities,
including our extensive website, library notes, members letters and queries, and
lists of new members. Regional and Special Interest Group meetings are reported,
Members Evenings and other events are all included and are illustrated with
photographs submitted by members
New features are constantly under review and a series of Tutorials, commencing
with the October 2009 issue is of particular interest.
The Newsletter is distributed freely to members by e-mail or in A5 Booklet
hard-copy form, as preferred, and is accompanied by the four-month calendar of
events.
